3/4 EGG

1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

1/2 TABLESPOON ONION

1/2 TEASPOON CORIANDER LEAVES

1/2 TEASPOON VEGETABLE OIL

Add Chopped Potatoes And Saute For Two Minutes. Now Add Chopped Onions And Soak For Two Minutes. Add 1/2 Teaspoon Of Salt And Cook For 5-8 Minutes Until The Color Turns Into Golden Brown.


Transfer The Mixture Of Potatoes And Onions To A Bowl And Crack The Eggs In It. Then Add Finely Chopped Capsicum, Coriander Leaves, Salt, And Pepper For The Taste. Mix All The Ingredients Thoroughly Using Whiskers. Cover With A Pate For 20 Minutes.


Heat Another Pan And Add The Remaining Oil To It. Pour The Whiskey Egg Mixture Into The Pan And Cook On A Medium Flame For 2-3 Minutes. Once Cooked, Cut The Edges Using The Spatula. Cover The Top Of The Pan Using A Plate And Flip It Carefully So That It Can Be Placed On The Plate. Place The Omelet Back In The Pan On The Other Side And Cook For Another Four Minutes In Low Heat And Be Ready ToEat.
