EVOLUTION OF COMPUTER

The computer we use today is the result of many decades and hundreds of scientists' efforts. Let's have a look at the history of computer development. This post is about the years 1971 to 1980.

1971

This year, a company called IBM invented an eight-inch floppy disk under Saunjosh Labree. The same year the first microprocessor, called Intel 4.00, was launched. In 1971, the first personal computer called Kenvek-1 was launched. Which cost $ 750.

1972

A company called Helvet Packard, ie HP, launched a computer called HP 35 with a very accurate electronic shading, in which soled state memory was used.

This year Intel launched the 8008 microprocessor in the market. It was only in 1972 that Stepwangiyak launched the free calling facility in the market by the name of Globox.

1973

Network connections were launched this year via the Ethernet method via the Robert Match Calef device. In 1973, a commercial non-kit personal computer called Mikrel, based on a microprocessor called 8008 was launched.

In 1973, the TV typewriter was designed and launched into the market by a scientist named Donlen Castor. It had an alphanumeric information display and a common television set was used for this display.

1974

The first such Alto workstation was built by the Xerox Pal Alto Research Center which had the facility to connect and input the mouse.

This year, the first commercial advertisement, which was about computers, was launched, and the computer that was promoted under it was based on Intel's 8008 microprocessor.

1975

This year, Telnet was born, the first commercial packet listing network. In 1975, a computer named Altier 8800 was launched. This computer was based on the 8080 microprocessor. This processor was manufactured by the Intel company. BDM, designed in 1975 itself, was designed by a scientist named Lea Florentines. Which was later used as an alphanumeric video display in personal computers.

1976

This year, a scientist named Step Hugoenec designed a single-mode computer called Apple-1. In 1976, a disc drive and disc using a five and a half-inch flexible floppy disk was launched in the market by the Saugert Associate Company.

This year, the first commercial vector processor named Krebon was launched in the market.

1977

This year, a company called Tandy Radio Sec launched a computer called TRST in the market. It was only in 1977 that a company called Apple Computer launched a computer called Apple Two, and in the same year, a company called Commodore Entroduse's Commodore launched a computer called Personal Electronic Transistor.

1978

This year a computer named Wax BAX 11/780 was launched by DEC ie Digital Equipment Corporation. This computer 4.3 Gigabyte of virtual memory was used. Because of which its capacity was several hundred times more than any normal mini computer.

1979

A company called Motorola designed and launched a microprocessor called the 6800 this year.

1980

John Snoe of the Xerox Paulo Alto Research Center has invented a SART program that can be used on the network and is named Warm ie WORM.

This year, a company called Seagate Technology launched the first hard disk drive that could be used on microcomputers, and the model of this hard disk was the XT 506. It was only in 1980 that optical data storage disks were introduced for the first time. This disc had a storage capacity of 60 times more than any one-fifth of a five-inch floppy.
