CREATE ENVELOPE IN MS WORD
We can also create and print Envelopes and Labels using the data source created for our letter. To print the envelopes, follow the following steps -
Step 1- In the Tools menu, select the mail merge option, select
Tools → Mail Merge
Step 2- Create Option and after that select Envelope Option.
Step 3- Let's select New Main Document.
Step 4- After this, we select Get Data or Create Data Source.
Step 5- For Enveloping your Main Document, select the Setup Main Document Option from the Mail Merge Helper Dialog Box.
Step 6- After that, let's set the option for Envelop from the Envelop Dialog Box.
Step 7- Finally click on Ok Button, after that the Envelope Address Dialog Box will be displayed.
Step 8- If we are working in the Main Document, then to create the envelope, select Merge Field Option from the Insert Merge Field Box.
Step 9 - To insert PostNet BarCode, select the Insert Postal Bar Code Option.
Step 10 - After that, click on OK Button.
Step 11- Now select the Mail Merge Option from the Tools menu.
Step 12- Mail Merge Helper screen will be displayed, after inserting the field from it, select the merge option.
