Print Preview in MS Word


There is a feature called Print Preview in MS Word through which a document can be seen on the screen before printing it, it is always good to see the document before printing it so that If any information in the document is not correct, you can immediately correct it, through this option you can see one or more pages simultaneously.

To view the Print Preview, click the Print Preview button in the standard toolbar or select the Print Preview option located in the File menu. As soon as this is done, the document will appear in small form on the screen of MS Word.


A new toolbar will appear in this screen called Print Preview Toolbar This toolbar contains many buttons, out of which the main button is used as follows.


Print: -  Clicking this button will start printing the default printer document.


Magnifier: -  By clicking this button, the size of the page of the document can be enlarged and the screen returns to its original form by clicking the mouse button anywhere on the screen.


One page: - Clicking on this button will appear one page at a time.


Multiple pages: -  Clicking this button will show more than one page simultaneously.


Close review: -  Clicking this button, the print preview window will disappear and you will then return to the MS Word window.
