What is Mobile Computing?

Mobile computing is a technology in which various information such as audio, video, etc. is transmitted through a computer or other wireless devices. In this, mobile devices are not physically connected to each other.

All these devices are configured in full-duplex, in which they can send and receive signals at the same time. To send a signal to a device in a full-duplex, one does not have to wait until the other device finishes sending the signal. It goes on continuously.

Mobile software is a program that runs on mobile hardware and works according to the characteristics and needs of the mobile application. We can also call it a mobile device engine.

Mobile computing requires mobile network connectivity or WiFi connectivity such as –GPRS, 3G 4G. In the absence of connectivity, it is impossible to access the Internet. In today's time, it is necessary to have good quality internet connectivity.


Security concerns -


VPNs may be unsafe to sync a device for security. In addition, WiFi connectivity may also be at risk as personal data can be stolen by breaking WPA and WEP security.


Power Consumption -


Mobile devices use batteries that do not last long, if there is no power source to charge the battery in such a situation then the device will shut down. Therefore, it is necessary to have electricity available everywhere.
